Here is a copy of the workout I did today. Disregard where it says Tuesday. This is a very simple but productive workout you can complete within 35 minutes. YES ONLY 35 minutes!! You'd be surprised at how 35 minutes of exercise can greatly impact your day and your life! Stay tuned for more posts about different workouts you can do that will help you live a better lifestyle!

DRINK MORE WATER!!

I've started this month with a new mindset of drinking more water everyday. My goal is to drink at least 3 Liters of Water daily. That's 6 Bottles of Dasani.
